Email hello@timlar.com from the address you use to sign in. Tell us what you did, what you saw on the screen and which phone you use.
We have not set a fixed reply time. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
In an emergency
TIMLAR does not contact emergency services. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number now (999 or 112 in the UK and Ireland).
Common questions
- I did not get my sign-in code: check your spam folder, then ask for a new code when the timer ends.
- A trusted person did not get my link: check the number in your trusted circle. Text messages can be delayed or blocked by the phone network.
- I want my data deleted: email us from your sign-in address and ask for your account and sessions to be deleted.
- I found a security problem: email us with the word Security in the subject.
